Palmaison is an interior design studio in Palm Beach County, Florida, for luxury short-term and vacation rentals. We design, furnish, style and launch properties for investors, owners and developers, and plan the guest experience that brings people back.
Which areas do you serve?
Palm Beach County: Jupiter, Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach and Boca Raton. Every project is managed in person.
What is the difference between a Turnkey Setup and a Full Redesign?
A Turnkey Setup covers furnishing and styling with no construction: wall finishing, lighting, furniture, art, linens and the guest setup. A Full Redesign adds renovation, such as flooring, cabinetry, kitchens and baths.
How long does a project take?
A Turnkey Setup takes 4 to 8 weeks from approved design to a house ready for photography. A Full Redesign timeline is set after the walkthrough, based on scope and permits.
How much does it cost?
Every project is quoted after a walkthrough, with a line-item budget you approve before anything is purchased.
Do you work on Airbnb and Vrbo properties?
Yes. We design for properties listed on Airbnb and Vrbo and for owners who take direct bookings.
Can you help a property that's already listed?
Yes. We review the listing, guest reviews and nightly rate, then redesign and relaunch the house at the price it should command.
Do you design boutique hotels?
Yes. We take on select boutique hotels, inns and small resorts, new or repositioned, with the same approach: a clear position, rooms guests remember and an experience that earns repeat stays.
Do you design the guest experience too?
Yes, as an optional add-on. We plan the stay from start to finish: the arrival, the welcome, the details in every room and the local partners who make the trip, such as private chefs, boat charters, in-home spa services and activities for the kids. It gives guests a reason to rebook and to recommend the house.
Can you add a signature amenity, like a bowling lane or mini golf?
Yes. A high-ticket feature, such as a private bowling lane, a mini golf course or a putting green, gives guests a reason to choose your house over the ones nearby and supports a higher nightly rate. We design it to fit the house and quote it separately.
Will vintage furniture hold up to guests?
Yes. We choose collected pieces that are solid and easy to care for, such as wood case goods, rattan, brass, stone, lighting and art. Everything guests use daily is new and hospitality-grade, including mattresses, upholstery and linens.
Do I need to be involved during the project?
You approve the design and budget. We handle sourcing, delivery, installation, styling and photography direction, and keep you updated through to launch.
What is the New Palm Beach Classic?
It's the Palmaison design style: an ivory and gold base, a statement chandelier in every room, olive green accents and estate-found antiques, with Palm Beach in the details, such as arches, palm motifs and cane.
